HOW TO ORDER PARTS:

Please review our parts list below and email brian@hendrixsound.com or call 407-343-6030 during business hours to place an order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards by phone, and we ship UPS and Priority Mail within the USA.  Local pickup of parts is also available at our office in Kissimmee, FL.  We currently do not ship parts internationally.

If the parts you are looking for are not on our list below then we can look into a special order.  Please email with the following information, and we'll research the parts and respond with an order quote by email.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING:

1. We have a $25 minimum parts order, plus shipping & handling to your location, and sales tax in the state of Florida.
2. You have 24 hours from the date of receipt to notify us of any shipping damage.
3. We offer no refunds, returns, or exchanges on parts orders for reasons other than shipping damage.
4. All Mesa/Boogie brand vacuum tubes come with a 6-month limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship; replacement only, customer responsible for return shipping.
5. Our 90-day limited parts warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only and specifically does not cover burned tweeters, diaphragms, and woofers, or parts physically damaged due to improper installation, accident, or other abuse; parts subject to inspection, customer responsible for return shipping, refund or replacement solely at our discretion.
6. Unless specified below we offer no warranty on parts ordered separately from a repair performed by Hendrix Sound. If you choose to have Hendrix Sound perform your repair and install your parts then we offer a 90-day limited warranty on the parts and labor. If you can provide us a printed invoice that your part was installed by another authorized service center for your brand of equipment, then we will also extend that same 90-day limited warranty to your parts order, but not to the labor involved in installation and/or troubleshooting.
7. PLEASE NOTE: All electronics in your modern equipment are sensitive to static electricity and are very easily damaged; if you are not familiar with ESD repair procedures we strongly encourage you not to attempt to repair your equipment. Some power supplies do not discharge quickly or at all, and can store dangerous or even lethal charge; if you choose to attempt to repair your own equipment you accept all responsibility. Hendrix Sound will not be held liable for any physical or personal damage incurred in your attempt.
