About Us

Hendrix Sound is a drop-off and ship-in service facility offering warranty and non-warranty repair of musical and professional audio electronics. We always strive to service your equipment in as timely a fashion as possible, using modern electronic techniques and the highest quality parts. We value each of our customers, whether personal, business, or institution, and treat all honestly and fairly.

We do some things differently than the average repair shop, including how we charge our customers. We charge:

  • NO 'Surprise' Fees for Warranty Repairs
  • NO Storage Fees

Our fees simply include:

  • Labor at $75 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum charge for all mixing consoles over 16 channels and a $45 minimum charge for all other equipment
  • An upfront $45 rush fee available for next-business-day diagnostic service
  • Parts
  • Shipping of parts and customer equipment
  • Florida state and county sales tax

We warranty all parts installed and labor performed for 90 days.

Our facilities are professional: clean, well-lit, secure, and spacious. Our service bays allow load-in of large-format mixing consoles and amplifier racks. We feature flat keyboard and mixing board storage and we return your equipment to you in the same or better physical condition as when it arrived.
